Organizations are continually challenged to define, map, and develop the skills they need to be successful in the future. Recent Brandon Hall Group research finds that fewer than 10% of companies believe they are completely prepared to develop the skills the future will require. They are also struggling to close the gap between the skills developed in higher education system and what is required by today’s businesses. Corporate and Higher Education entities must work together to close the growing skills gap.

Julie Lewis Customer Success Coach Julie Lewis (she/her) is a Success Coach with the Corporate Customer Success team. Working with Associations, Corporate and Extended Enterprise clients, she assesses where they are and where they’re going, putting clients at the centre of the solutions she provides. In her coaching engagements she provides clients with tangible resources and ideas to identify new opportunities for learning and best practices, increasing the breadth and depth of their Brightspace usage. Jenna Lauren Customer Success Coach Jenna Lauren (she/her) is a Customer Success Specialist within the Corporate segment at D2L. She comes from an education background and brings her learning expertise to our corporate clients to help them get the most out of Brightspace. She provides customized and goal-specific guidance and resources to our clients to help increase adoption, engage learners, and ultimately use Brightspace as medium through which our corporate customers can meet their goals.

Amber brings to the team an in-depth knowledge of Brightspace from many perspectives – learner, instructor, and administrator; her course designs are influenced by a combination of pedagogical best practices as well as gamified learning experiences.
