These challenges led the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO) to seek the help a D2L Technical Account Manager (TAM) to boost the impact of its online training initiatives.

Russell Teter VP ISV Partnerships and Business Development Russell Teter is the Vice President of Partnerships at Class Technologies. He works closely with technology partners aiming to forge a deep relationship between the companies through driving joint go-to-market motions and deeper product integrations. Originally Head of Sales at Class, Russell has been with Class since its inception and has developed expertise on virtual synchronous learning and the many challenges addressed by the Class product. In his free time he is playing with his 6-month-old puppy, Pete. Ed Miller SVP of Strategy & Business Development Ed Miller is currently the SVP of Strategy & Business Development at Class Technologies. He is passionate about helping increase access to quality and affordable education for both young and adult learners. Ed has over 30 years of executive and operational leadership experience in the software sector, where he has held executive roles at leading EdTech companies. An entrepreneur at heart, Ed has led six companies resulting in five successful exits. Ed is an investor and advisor to several early to mid-stage EdTech companies. He also sits on the Foundation Board of HealthRIGHT 360 (the former Haight Ashbury Free Medical Clinic). Kenneth Chapman VP, Learning Innovation Advocacy at D2L Part of D2L’s early team, Kenneth is responsible for D2L’s advisory board program, which involves working with top executives, administrators, and educational leaders across the company’s customer base. He is also responsible for analyst and thought leader relations, acting as an advisor to D2L’s senior executives and product leadership group on behalf of the institutions D2L serves.
