Tom McWilliams Suncor Tom McWilliams is the Director of Operational Risk Technology & Data Analytics at Suncor Energy. Tom’s team is accountable for scanning the external environment and implementing the right technology to manage operational risk as well as providing data science & analytics support to provide insight-focused business intelligence. Tom was an early adopter of Know-Your-Learner (KYL) software in the energy industry to drive improved safety, security and regulatory compliance for EHS training and assessment. Robert Day Integrity Advocate Robert Day is one of Integrity Advocate’s founders. A licensed investigator and paralegal working for a multinational oil and gas company as a regulatory and risk mitigation specialist, he worked with Scott Dellinger, a programmer with a background in encryption, biometrics, and artificial intelligence working for a certifying body. They were faced with the challenge of finding a service that could verify the identity and participation of online learners without creating extensive support needs due to device restriction, software installations and the significant risk of privacy complaints and vulnerabilities, they formed Integrity Advocate as a privacy-first alternative to existing solution. Andrew Vo D2L Andrew Vo is the Product Marketing Manager for D2L’s Partners Program. Andrew’s team helps connect D2L’s mission with partnerships across the globe while maintaining a solutions first approach to customer success. Understanding the eLearning market and its evolution has the partner marketing team working to connect Brightspace users to the best suited products out there.
